When we first sat down with this company’s owner, the company had an online review score of 3.1. We implemented a strategy to drive loyal customers to leave reviews of their positive experience. In addition, an audit revealed that several of the 1-star reviews were against Google’s and Yelp’s review policies. We were able to petition and have these reviews removed. Within six months of retaining us, the company’s review score reached 4.6.
